- Eligibility: Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. Certain items, such as intimate products or customized items, may not be eligible for return.
- Timeframe: You have 7 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.

2. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at lumiasoycandles83@gmail.com or call +91 96490 77660.
3. Refunds
- Approval Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
- Non-Refundable Items: Items purchased on sale, gift cards, and final sale items are not eligible for refunds.
4. Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Exchanges Due to Damage: We will cover shipping costs for exchanges due to defective or damaged items.
